I read this from The Washington Times,

Malaysian authorities confiscated Christian children's books, claiming the illustrations of prophets such as Moses and Abraham violate Islamic Shariah law...

...The Malaysian government last month also banned the use of the name "Allah" in any religion other than Islam, local press reports said...

The Bolehland is just getting more entertaining, with people doing all kinds of funny things. *speechless* My advise: Please don't use the forbidden name in public again, else you'll end up in jail. So, I suggest we say He-who-must-not-be-named,(sounds familiar isn't it?) since we are banned from calling His name anyway?

The 2008 Miss World Malaysia pageant is rather... creative. The theme of the contest is "Kill Beauty. Save the Children" and the voting system is pretty interesting.

All the contestants are treated as prisoners / victims / what-ever-you-call-it and you can vote out the contestants by killing them. Here's the guild to kill:

OK, this is the third straight entry regarding about WHO and I know all of you must be really fed up reading this. Too bad, I just can't help it!

Population below 20 years old = 42%
Population above 60 years old = 67%

and that means...
Population between 20 to 60 years old = -9%
But given that,
Population between 15 to 64 years old = 63.3%

From my research on health care market, I found out something interesting, again. If you think Japan is the fastest aging nation, think again...

So, young Korean children nowadays are expected to take care of their 2 parents, 4 grandparents and perhaps 8 great grandparents in addition to their own family when they're grown up later. So poor thing...

When people start noticing the surrounding people are old, they'll start to miss their youth and crave for young people. Perhaps we would expect to see an increase in demand for teen sex from middle-class-middle-age salary men, just like those in Japan. (Err... I drew this conclusion based on the JDrama I'd watched so far, k?) OK, let's spare all the old men, you can also see old aunties carrying fans printed with kawaii young boys in Tokyo MRT. So, Korean parents out there, watch your kids!

Bangladeshi People Die Young, VERY Young

Imagine yourself at 55 year-old and expected to die one year after retirement... your children rejoice and plan how to use your retirement funds. What a sad sad reality...

But nah, it is much better compared to China (perhaps its common everywhere) 80 years ago, where people had 35 years of life expectancy. You get married at 16 year-old, have your first child at 17, first grandchild at 34 and have coffin as your home at 35.

Recall my previous post on Messing up with the Sultan, PAS protested against the move of inviting Ella and Mas to perform at Selangor Club because it will promote social ills.

Will crime rate be reduced when a country is governed absolutely by strict rules or religion? - I don't know, but apparently, it seems no.

Ironically, countries like Japan where you can get unisex common bathroom, porn at your fingertip, high school girls' underwear at sales, crazy Heavy Metal bands, some-cool-some-fugly Harajuku fashion, etc. have the lowest crime rate while places like you-know-what-countries occupied by you-know-what-kind-of-people are protesting on the street for some stupid reasons, fighting in the name of you-know-Who, bombing themselves for nothing, in absolute total mess instead of working and earning for a living.

   Reason of protest - there could be youths among the audience

   Reason getting mad - this is ridiculous (in which I agree so much for the first time)
